Production Timescales
As most of our products are made fresh upon receipt of your order we require up to 48 hours for production prior to delivery. However, if we can produce and supply your items sooner we will do so.
Should you need an item in a more urgent timeframe please contact us and we will endeavour to assist where possible.
Delivery
Product prices shown on our website do not include a delivery charge. Postage and packaging is based on orders to UK mainland only and are subject to change.
A full valid post code is required for every order. We will deliver the products ordered to the specific address given at the time you make the order. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses supplied by you. We shall accept no liability if you do not receive your order as a result of you providing us with incorrect address details.
Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery. Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number.
We currently offer a UK Standard delivery option inclusive of our standard 48 hours production time, however if we can produce and ship your items sooner we will do so. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next available working day.

UK Standard Delivery (5-7 Working days)
£4.95 for items up to 1kg. Heavier packages may be charged more and this is calculated at checkout. UK mainland only.
Delivery & Adverse Weather Conditions
We will make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, occasionally we may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as heat. In this instance we may delay your delivery, but we will contact you by email with our recommendation. Once in transit, we cannot accept responsibility of heat damage, which is beyond our control.
Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, either because you feel they are faulty or damaged, you may return it to us, at your expense, within 7 working days of despatch. Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been consumed other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product, you are not happy with, we will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage or alternatively we will exchange it for you.
If your returned chocolate is damaged, not in the original packaging or consumed more than was reasonable to establish the quality of product, we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss.
We are unable to process returns or refunds on items that are just unsuitable or unwanted.
